Please take note of the following: 1️⃣ Hair Preparation: For our Lower Back Length braids service, we kindly request that you wash your hair prior to your appointment. This helps us achieve the best results for your braided hairstyle. Additionally, please refrain from adding any products to your hair before your appointment. 2️⃣ Customer-provided Braids: Customers are required to bring their own braids for the Lower Back Length service. We recommend using "Super braids TZ pre-stretch" or "Expression pre-stretch" for the best results. However, if you prefer, we can provide the hair for you at an additional cost of $8 per pack. 3️⃣ Health and Safety: Your health and well-being, as well as that of our staff, are of utmost importance to us. If you experience any flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment. This is to ensure a safe environment for everyone. 4️⃣ Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 5️⃣ Location Information: The location of your appointment will be provided to you 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hours notice for cancellation of any services scheduled. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the SCHEDULED service.
